With over 15 years of journeying through life, business, and community mental health, I’ve not only grown as a professional but also as a person who deeply cares about the well-being of others. My Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology was more than just an academic pursuit—it was a calling that shaped my passion for helping people navigate their most challenging times. I acquired in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience through rigorous coursework and practicum opportunities. I have specialized training in counseling children, adolescents, adults and families. My education covered advanced topics such as assessment and diagnosis, psychopathology, human development, sexuality, substance abuse, addictions, interpersonal neurobiology, social and cultural diversity, research methods, statistics, professional ethics, and legal frameworks.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting patients through some of their darkest and toughest moments, whether dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, ODD, learning deficits, behavioral issues, emotional, relational and sexual challenges as well as faith and spirituality related concerns. My time providing counseling services at Multicare Behavioral Health and Orting High School taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, empathy, and the power of human connection. My experiences enhanced my ability to provide diverse and tailored support to those in need, deepening my expertise in mental health diagnoses, interventions, and treatments, reinforcing my commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. I am committed to therapeutic relations and ongoing professional development, using best evidence-based practices.

I see each client as a whole person from a biopsychosocial lens, with a unique story that deserves to be heard and understood. Every person is distinctive and complex, which compels flexible tailoring of my therapeutic style to each person and specific problem within their context, while tapping into several psychological ideas, theoretical approaches and therapeutic techniques to be of most help to a diverse pool of clients. My goal is to offer a space where you feel truly seen, cared for, and supported on your path to healing.
